Always up to something.
My multi-disciplinarian nature tends to get me involved in things like brand development, design thinking, art direction, illustration, design systems, and the discovery of the underlying form.
Unless I'm not.

Still Creek Crows
Logo, Website, Cover Art
Still Creek Crows
Matt Rose and Britt McKillip, veterans in the music industry, are forging new musical ground as the Americana/Pop duo Still Creek Crows. They needed a logo and a website with art direction to tie it all together for their debut singles and full-length release for early 2021.
They wanted something that could establish a visual style without holding them too close to any one genre of music.

Event Space Concept
Your Signature Movement
#boobtruths was an Instagram campaign aimed at providing a platform to help demystify and open dialogue around what is, in many ways, a taboo topic—boobs.
The success of the campaign led to it being leveraged into the launch of lululemon’s new line of bras, and transformed the purpose of the pop-up space at Seawheeze 2019.
I was asked to research, develop and present conceptual designs to provide direction to an external agency on how to adapt the space to meet a new, more elevated creative direction.

We For She 2018
Interactive Installation
Building Equality Together
We For She is an annual conference hosted by the Province of British Columbia, the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and the Women’s Enterprise Centre that champions gender diversity in leadership as a business imperative.
In 2018, the organisers wanted to end the conference with a massive group project. They had visions of each participant writing small, personal pieces of advice on a sticky note and then placing the note on a large wall—the accumulation of which would paint a picture. The message: ‘EQUALITY’.
I was tasked with designing the overall system and application process for the installation.

Labelling System
Theatre Seating for Two-thousand
In 2019, the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade hosted A Conversation with President Barack Obama. Unfortunately, the venue for the event was not set up for large-scale, theatre seating.
They needed 2,252 chairs to be marked with seat, row and section numbers and the venue needed the chairs returned without any marks or adhesives left on them—assembled in under forty-five minutes.
Based on a prototype I made from a sticky-note, I was able to design a label and system that met all of the requirements and was able to be distributed to a team of six volunteers with very little instruction.
